Shipping & Handling

Destinations

Salrog products can be shipped to virtually all countries around the world, except for those with restrictions or where shipping is impossible. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you promptly.

Please enter your address in English to facilitate easier handling by the shipping company.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for our products vary depending on the type, location, shipping method, and warehouse selected. You can view the shipping cost on the product description page and during checkout.

  1. Ensure you select the correct destination country in the “Country/Region” field.
  2. Choose a shipping method.
  3. An estimate of the shipping cost will be displayed on the page.

The shipping cost shown at checkout represents the current shipping rate for most countries. In some cases, the actual shipping cost may be higher than shown. You will be informed of any additional charges, and your confirmation will be required before we proceed with your order.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes the lead time and shipping time.

  • Lead time: The period between your order and shipment, usually 1-5 days, as shown on the product description page.
  • Shipping time: The period between shipment and delivery, usually 15-20 business days, depending on the shipping method.

Please note that any delivery time or date mentioned is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur for various reasons, some beyond our control, such as customs holds. We are not responsible for late or non-delivery caused by such factors.

If your order does not arrive within 60 business days from the payment date or the estimated delivery date, whichever is later, you may cancel your order for a refund (interest-free) to the extent of any payment made.

Insurance

You are solely responsible for all risks of loss and damage during transportation. Liability of the carrier, shipper, or shipping agent for loss or damage may be limited or excluded under applicable laws or international treaties. We recommend purchasing adequate insurance to cover transportation risks. Contact us for available insurance rates.

All items are packed for export in standard packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you purchase insurance and need to file a claim, contact us to initiate the claim. We will refund the cost or replace the product after the insurance company confirms the claim and compensation payment.
